Cancellations: If you cancel within the allowed time period on your individual booking you will loose the first nights stay. This policy is subject to change. Please read your cancallation policies when in the booking page.
We charge per person therefore there are no concessions for children or pensioners.
If you have an issue with the payment procedure on our website or your card is rejected please contact us immediately to ensure your room doesn't get booked by someone else.

There is a complete inventory of everything in the room. We do a complete inventory at the end of every stay.

Please inform us immediately of any damage.

Please rinse out recyclable bottles and containers and put them in the recycle bin.

Please remove all wet and/or soiled footwear at the door

Please be sure that doors are locked when you are not on the premises

Alchohol and smoking not permitted in the house - short walk to bars and clubs.
- On street parking available directly in front of the property. There is also some limited on site parking.
Check in procedure: Check in usually 2pm - 9pm but we are flexable just let us know with some advance warning if you will be outside these hours, check out 10am, upon arrival you will be greeted by the care taker and shown around Minto- a form of id will be required. some form of baggage storage canbe arranged subject to availability.
Take keys to caretaker on departure unless other arrangements are made.
